Start using the phone only to set in person meetings. Stop being her pen pal. Im fact go silent for 5-7 days to fix the damage you've done. The most non-needy non-clingy thing you can say is nothing.

Texting and talking on phone is to set up meetings. You can't touch her, you can't read her body language. You sure as hell can't be mysterious being her pen pal.
