As long as you're respectful and nice you can't go wrong. Just don't cross the line and start getting touchy. Say something like "hey ladies, im (your name) how's your beach day going? What are your names? How's the water? Where are you two from?" Just try to engage, be attentive to their response to keep the convo going. Share your own life experiences. If they're funny experiences even better, laugh and enjoy yourself. Then ask for a number/snap/etc, and if the convo went well enough you can ask to chill later in the day. Turkish culture and turkish girls is not so great for cold approaches but there some turkish guys claim that they do with that being said turkish girls like foreigner guys idk why but they kind of think they are supperior in some ways compared to turkish guys i guess?(mostly looks) Just dont be pushy go try to strike a conversation bu if they are uncomfortable or unresponsive just dont push your luck otherwise you might get called for harassment and in extreme cases some nearby guys fill fuck you up
