I’m glad you ask. One common thing I noticed was that through out the years, 20-25 now, I was broken down and built back up. This was in the form of break ups, rejections, getting blown out, embarrassing myself in public, standing up for myself even if I was still laughed at.

If you trust in the process, overtime you will start to become more confident and seasoned. You need to make yourself a little more uncomfortable in a social situation than you are used to. Even if that means just saying hi to a girl and running out the store. Be mindful keep watching videos reading making yourself uncomfortable.

Once again though, the most important thing is to realize that deep down inside you have the ability to over come your anxiety. I don’t care where you are at right now.

I was prescribed Xanax everything, so trust me when I say I was really a a nervous wreck when I first started

God, yes. Xanax is a miracle pill for people with anxiety. Just like with alcohol if you abuse the drug you will have withdrawals. I had withdrawals for a couple years from abusing it. You could say that Xanax for me was a crutch, to get my feet wet. I knew that I couldn’t depends on that for the rest of my life.

Ill say this about Xanax. It’s great for anxiety however, the super powers that it gives you will all be taken back and more once you are not on it anymore. I totally don’t recommend it for anything long term. I feel like Xanax gave me natural confidence that I wasn’t suppose to have for another 5 years; relative to how ever old I was. So if I was 23, Xanax would cheat and give me confidence that I wasn’t suppose to have until 28 because of putting in work and life experience. But like I said, men ol men, Xanax will come back to take it once you stop taking them and become dependent
