I am at stage one. Funny that I'm In the same situation. "Temp for hire" till some time late next year. We work in different departments. Still shooting for asking her out to something tomorrow. But praying I see her before I leave!

And you're just making things worse by hesitating on talking to her.. and wanting to talk to her more before asking her out.
