Damn right, having good human interaction will make you braver which is what you need to be more open to conversation. Don't share too much with your coworkers. Keep it vague (tvshow music and jokes etc) anything else can and will be used against you

I used to be a door to door salesman - it gave me a great base, then I just had to learn GAME.

This is probably a huge reason why I've had amazing results with daygame and girls in general
