Now, as yourself this question: what do you want to do? Alternatively, what is your goal?

Once you have answered those questions, look at your situation and determine which course of action is most likely to get you what you want.

In MY opinion, given what you have said here, I would ask the girl out on a date.

If you want to ask her out, do. If you don’t want to ask her out, don’t. Stand by your decision. But make the decision.

No, do not. If she asks say you don't know where you will be in 4 years, life is not some solid path and pretending it with another person is just setting both of you up for heartbreak. Tell her to give it time, if you two make it to 25 without parting ways, it might be true love but honestly, you both need to experience some variety before settling down.

I met the woman I am about to marry when I was 17. She was incredible, she is even more so now, but in between, having a ton of shit relationships really put into perspective just how right her and I are for each other.

In your 30's you can make real long term choices, till then try to keep everyone from saying forever, just because you say it doesn't mean you wont stick THAT foot in your fucking mouth sooner than you both realize.
