Do you bother with noticing mirroring behavior?

I noticed it once during a prolonged interaction with a woman within a group (in a lesson), but frankly it was so late into it that I wasn't sure if I was mirroring her or she me, but I am wondering if you people even bother looking at it or noticing it or not.

I don't need explanations on why and how it works, just wondering if this is overthinking realm or something you guys use to gauge your rapport building\you having or lacking attraction\command of the situation.
