When I realized I was attracted to women I was also stuck on how to approach/flirt without making them feel unsafe or creeped out the way I have when I present as a woman ( I am genderfluid so sometimes I look more masculine)

I found this video on how to flirt, that acts out little scenarios and has solid advice. It is made by a lesbian and I feel it is a must watch for anyone who is attracted to women. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ysNwII3oVTg

I think my biggest takeaway from it was to Have No Expectations. None. Don't expect the woman who caught your eye to give you her name, or where she lives, or time out of her day. Don't expect her to dance with you if you asked her dance at a bar. Don't expect her to sleep with you if you spent all night dancing and connecting. That is the biggest factor for if you are "Creepy" or not.

A lot of people are going to amp themselves up and practice pick up lines or whatever, we should also be practicing our rejection responses. They should be quick, non-angry tone. Things like "That's cool" "Have a good one", be breezy and walk away. Because more times than not you are rejected and it is good to practice making sure it doesn't hurt yourself too much, and that it doesn't make the other person feel unsafe. Don't put your whole value as a sexual partner, or a partner on what an individual person you picked out of the crowd feels towards you.
