If not you then she will with someone else. Up to you if your conscience can handle it. I personally wouldn't but even if you do just don't make any kind of commitment to her. Trying to help my younger brother learn this lesson right now.

Dude, here is the bottom of the line. If you go and do that, can you go to bed at the end of the day and say “ahh yes this is what I wanted to do and I am glad I have done what I have”. If yes, then DEFINITELY. If you don’t know or think you may have misgivings about your possible misadventures then you shouldn’t.

In the end you are asking strangers on the internet for life advice that requires you to take an introspective look at who you are and what you think is the right thing to do. Now that I have given my 2 cents on what you should do, I will tell you what I would do:

I would flirt back to the same level she was with me, maybe increase the tension a little, but make it clear that I will not help her cheat. I would basically make it so that she is either leaving him for me or I am the flirt who stayed a friend. Either way, I have a friend or can look for someone else to be my girl friend.
