Avoiding you suggests he may not be as available as he claims. He shouldn’t be blowing you off, work could be legit, if he wants to meet he will make the effort. I’d hold back on the sexual texts until you get a little more interest/effort.

I’m a guy and I can say one thing: guys like to talk and that’s all. It’s all words and no actions! Talking is easy but actions are hard. Instead of actions we make excuses. Not all guys are like this but most are.
