I feel like I'm only good at the early stages of dating. Majority of my relationships start out strong but fizzle out after a few months. What should I improve for myself?

I read somewhere that you can’t fake a relationship after 3 months, and that’s why so many posts on here keep saying all their relationships last about that long. Everyone is good at early relationships, it’s the honeymoon phase where both of you are high on dopamine 24/7 and basically shitting rainbows. As soon as that wears off, the real work begins.

Add some excitement in there, seems like the relationship gets bland fairly quickly but then again maybe they realize you’re not the one for them.
