I'll keep my opinion/advice short & simple.

I don't think you're ready to talk to/focus on girls yet.

When I was your age I was on a forum like this. I got a lot of the advice people are probably going to give you. Here's mine: Build mini-habits to be who you want to be. Instead of focusing on just 'one' girl, can you talk to any girl? Ones you're not attracted to, the ones you are? If not, thinking that there's any way to have a perfect* conversation with a girl you like with no experience is kinda silly. Can you hit a hole in one the first time you play golf? (Or even the first-hundred times for that matter)

*Perfect convos aren't a thing, anyhow

Here's some actionable advice: If you really like this girl, the best thing you can do is go up to her and talk to her EXACTLY how you are, like right now. Yes, 18-year-old, introverted, 2 C's problem you. Because hell, she could be into that kind of guy (girls crush on the weirdest stuff). Otherwise, if you really want to change, you need to actually start working on changing. Join some clubs, take more social risks. Start being the guy you WISH you were, the guy you wish she could be talking to. You'll find a lot of success in life if you start right now.

You sound like me 2 years ago, you will learn. Just start mass approaching to work on conversation skills. Think long term, do the work now.
