Take some time off women. And off social media in general. You sound like you need a timeout. Find someplace quiet and just exist. Like literally exist, everyday. Preferably somewhere with a lot of nature, and stuff. Things that have calmed you in the past. You have to recognize that your projecting hard. I'm not a therapist, but damn if this isn't projecting taken to the extreme. Your okay, man, trust that you're good. You need to find another therapist, and take that shit seriously. If you've never tried or heard of IFS therapy, look it up. Also look up Energy work. See if that helps. Again, I'm no therapist, but if your problems are as big as you say they are, then what more do you have to lose, really?

Oh man. Don't even know where to start.

Is understandable that you feel a bit guilty over those actions. You believe you wronged these persons somehow and you feel like that's not how you should have behaved. That's ok.

Unfortunately you are doing a simple but dangerous mistake that's making you feel guilty and sad. You believe to know what all those persons thought. You definitely can't read their minds.

What if the girl of the third night liked you and was actually turned on by your slap? Would it feel different? Bet it would. With that I don't want to encourage anyone to slap a girl if you are not 300% sure she will actually like it. But the point is just showing you that you have no idea about what she thought about that.

You can work on yourself to avoid slapping an arse without explicit consent, that's surely something good, but you should learn to avoid thinking about hypothetical scenarios.

In order to do that you will have to work a bit. If you want I can share with you my personal history with depression and my ex (just to let you know I'm not talking nonsense, I actually can feel you).

I was definitely helped by "Feeling Good", a book by David Burns, a damn good psychotherapist. You will surely get better after reading that book. You just can read the first three chapters and your experience will definitely change at least a bit. Trust me buddy, give it a honest try.

Look you said yourself you’ve dealt with this for years, not sure if you’re expecting a single comment to whisk away the work you’ve done worrying yourself into a corner the past 5 years, but here’s what I’ll say.

Ya fucked up and overstepped some boundaries, but overall no one was sexually assaulted and this shit happens to girls all the time. You probably are an afterthought in the back of their mind when they think of a dude who did something creepy one time and that’s it.

This feels so minor that it’s almost like something else is the real reason you feel this way and you’re projecting it onto this.

Ya didn’t do anything worth thinking this much about it. I hate to see you feel this way. Keep ya head up man.

One time a mentor I follow on youtube said there is a kind of guilt that originates from fear and that's exactly what you have. In all three stories you mentioned how thankfully the girls were not mad at you. You are afraid of people getting mad at you that's the reason for the guilt. Although it makes no sense that the reason for guilt is fear when you think deeply about it especially in your case you will reaslize it. My advice is get comfortable pissing people off and making them get mad at you.

Bro that’s your problem right there, you care about everybody but yourself! Remember right now is a period of growth for everybody. Take dramatic action and challenge yourself to heal. You seem open to help so that’s a great sign you’re close to a major breakthrough. But remember all those things can’t heal you unless you’re open to it. It sounds wild but its possible to stop yourself from healing. Remind yourself that at those times with women you didn’t know better. Forgive yourself. Forgive yourself because when you know better you do better. Don’t let women be your top priority. When you put yourself first it’s crazy how quickly they’ll come running to you. With this whole panoramic that’s going on it’s easy to feel like you don’t matter but you definitely do. Stay strong bro. DM me if you want to chat.

I feel you man, in high school I had some bad experiences with girls and ever since then I automatically assume that every woman I see is creeped out by me, just have to keep reminding yourself that this is a load of bullshit you got this bro
