Just run game like you would anywhere else. The only difference I found with Vegas and everywhere else is that in Vegas people actually tend to be easier to open because they are all in the mindset of being there to have fun. So my best advise is to just have fun. It's a cliche I know but it's one of the best things for you to do. Sure open girls and hit on them but make your number one goal to be have fun.
As for the height. I wouldn't care if I was you. A guy's height to a girl is equivalent to a girls boob size for a guy. Sure a taller guy (or a girl with big boobs) may get noticed easier and get more initial attraction but it doesn't matter in the end game. I'm sure that you have had the experience of meeting an awesome girl but she is only a b, or even an a, cup. You'd still sleep with them, right. It's funny, Iv actually have only heard girls mention my height (I'm a bit below average height) after we had made out.

Eh, I kinda disagree; I prefer small breasts. And I can think of a lot of guys I know that have the same preference.
You're not likely to find a girl that prefers short guys.
