Okay, so I hesitate to use the term "friend zone", but I'm in a bit of an unusual situation. I've been working on cold approaches, and I am getting somewhere. I've at least managed to get over the anxiety to some degree. I'm going to keep doing it until I master that. The next step however is steering the conversation in the direction of "girlfriend territory". I've met great women, but I haven't gone beyond friendship. How would you work into the conversation that you want to enter a "committed relationship" (or whatever that means, I guess friendship + intimacy + commitment)? I'm going to keep working on approaches for now because, well, I've always had difficulty with them, but I want to take this next step. Any tips?
