I'm going to try and keep it short. New girl at work (pub). We've hung out at the bar, we've hung out at her place. She likes to game a little bit, so we played super smash bros at her house the first night. This also happened the second night with some cuddling and hand stroking. Third night, again some gaming and heavy drinking. Heavy tickling. Heavy eye contact. It was about 5am, and she told me I could crash on the couch. I ended up leaving because that was not what I wanted.

Pretty positive she's into me but I feel like I just haven't had my opening (probably have but I'm trying not to beat myself up). We hug, we touch a little. I feel like Im a little passed a halfway point - where she has been wondering why I don't kiss her. Just looking for an opinion on how to act going forward.

I like her, we have similar interests, but I just can't seem to pull a trigger. For some perspective, we have talked about previous partners and experiences. She's had one serious relationship and slept with one man. How can I amp this up a bit? I'm thinking about just going straight to telling her that I dig her and asking if I'm wasting my time. Any thoughts are much appreciated.
