I have faced a similar issue before and figured out ways to help have more success bringing girls back rather than just making out at a bar/club.

First, how far do you live from the clubs? What method of transportation needs to be used to get to your house? How long are your conversations with these girls? What reason are you giving them to come back to your place?

The further you live from the club, the more difficult it will be to get a girl to come to your place. The less she trusts you/knows you increase the difficulty of this task. If you have to take a 20 minute cab ride back to your place, she will have to really be into you. 20 minutes is a long time and attraction can die down fast during a 20 minute cab ride. Also she feels less safe the further you live if she just met you that night.

If your interactions are short and quick, chances of her coming back with you are a lot lower. Put yourself in her shoes. Would you be more likely to head back with a guy you talked to for 5 minutes or for 45 minutes? It’s all about building trust with her and making her feel good about the decision she’s making.

Lastly, are you saying to her bluntly “let’s head back to my place.” Or are you giving her a reason to that she feels good about? Girls don’t want to come across as slutty and easy, so giving her a reason to come back to your place at the end of the night makes her feel good about what she’s doing.

The goal is to get her to leave the club with you at first. The end goal is your place.

You want to get her to invest in you emotionally. Make out with her for 20 seconds then have a 30-60 sec conversation. Then make out with her for 40 seconds and have a conversation again, build rapport + be playfull in your convos. After that the second step is to get her outside, you can have an easy excuse for that like "Hey i'm feeling hot let's go outside and chill". There you can talk to her more and get her to invest, you can also make out more. Ask her if she wants to go watch you get a bite to eat and that it's 10 mins away. After you're there she already left her friends so there isn't much difference if she goes to your place, granted she might still have them in her mind. The key is to take small steps in everything.
