Think about some of the world's greatest leaders. For example, observe Obama's body language or watch a video of a speech from Martin Luther King Jr.

Even some of today's celebrities... male or female.

Oh hell yeah, check out this guy, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JqoAtzTIgGA He is one of my favorites because he doesn't do anything special. He just uses his body and aggressiveness. Also, a good tip from me on great body language is to be in control. During your conversation, put your arm around the girl, on her leg, etc. Just demonstrate it is natural for you like in the video where he is always playing with their hands (start at 13:40 for a perfect example). Notice how he is leading her already by walking her outside while holding her hand.

Posture is definitely a huge part of communication. I don't really have any tips other than be away of your positioning and others around you. Basic awareness of the way others are postures can give you a huge advantage in understanding the moods and intentions of others.
