I go to a really small college. For the past month an international person (either looking after study abroad kids or professor on sabbatical and looking after kids) has been blatantly staring me down every chance she has gotten. I think she is Spanish (could be relevant with culture stuff) . Tonight in the cafeteria it was the worst (or best I hope). Every time we made crazy eye contact, both of us trying to look for as long as we could. I made sure as I was leaving to have my friends keep an eye on her, and they were astonished. One said she looked possessed. Anyways, I think she is amazingly hot, and the whole older woman thing is awesome. If she is attracted to me (as opposed to just being a really strange person) how do I capitalize on this seddit!? I see her nowhere else other than walking around and occasionally in the cafeteria. I don't know anyone else who knows her.
