Maybe you can sleep with her again. But if you're going just to be friends don't expect anything other in the future, it probably won't make a difference you going or not, I mean. Unless you going there gets she thinking about how great you're together as a couple it won't make a good difference, for the sake of attraction. If you really like her company go for it, but as I say don't expect anything more, this is fooling yourself. How distant do you live from each other? What do you expect of that girl anyway, that she breakes up with her bf so you can sleep with her once a year without feeling guilty?

Nothing wrong with just keeping contact as friends. However, don’t try to sleep with her or seduce her. It’s just not worth it. Also think about this. Imagine she’s your girlfriend later. Would you like her to go see a guy that she had sex with while in a relationship with you? Even, just as friends? If she does that this guy, there’s a BIG chance she’ll do it to you. Don’t think with you it will be different because you were meant to be together or because she likes you more, etc. If a woman behaves like this, it’s 99% sure it’s in her character. You don’t want a woman like this.
