Not much to tell, just learn from my mistakes.

I went out to a frat party by my house, held by an Asian frat.

Got there, didn't talk to damn near anyone except 2 very brief converstaions.

I did approach 2 girls though, so that feels pretty good. They weren't interested at all though.

To be honest I'm just pissed at myself. I knew better. I knew that to get out of my head I need to talk to a lot of people ("approach everyone") but I didn't. Just rolled in there and stuck to the wall being a chode. did 2 approaches during the hour I was there. Mostly sitting on the sidelines. Ugh. I hate even typing that. I know better damn it! I did this last time I went out too!

I guess a positive way of looking at it is that I had the balls to do 2 approaches, which I saw a lot of guys not doing, including some of the guys I met up with there. Also I went out in general, which even that scares me. Also I guess it's a reference experience of what NOT to do.

This is a classic problem that I struggle a lot with, and that is feeling negative and beating myself up. Not even over the rejections but the fact that I knew what I had to do to get out of my head but didn't do it. It's the worst when you know you knew better. Also I passed by a looooot of girls that I was attracted to on the street and in the party but didn't approach either. That sucks.

I'm trying to be positive about it though.

edit: another thing I forgot to mention was one of the approaches I did was to a girl dancing, and i didn't go in with as much energy as her. I forgot about having to do that when I was in the moment, I'll get the hang of it though.
