Ok first take your self you a doctor and get tested for Marfan Syndrome. You look like a likely candidate. I have it and so do both my kids,I'm 6'6 180 lbs, I used to worry about being skinny all though my teens and 20's. I worked in very physical jobs and spent 3 hours in the gym all to very little result beyond being in great shape. I never once bulked up beyond 190lbs. It wasn't until I was in my early 30s that a doctor figured out why.

As far as women are concerned if they're more concerned about your looks than you as a person. You don't want them. People body shaming you because you're slim? You don't want them either. Don't believe what you read, not every woman is going to think you're cute/hot/sexy, but some will. And some like my current gf will be jealous that you can keep slim and toned with 2 hours exercise a week while they try for an hour everyday to do the same thing lol
