If you could keep a girl for 4 years and have your first GF at 19, you sure as hell can find another GF again. You probably learned a lot from your first experience that makes it even easier. I understand your struggle though. Being nice is a good thing I guess but I guess you mean being a pushover or something because of the way you used it. In that case, I agree that a change can help you in all aspects of your life. I used to be like that in the past too and tried to change it over a little bit.

You’re super young, what some of us would give to be your age again! Keep learning, keep doing social things, surround yourself with the right people and talk to as many women as possible (as friends as well as flirting with them!). Keep learning man, every day you get a little better and a little more confident. There’s always gonna be set backs but it’s how you react that counts. Be a good person, but don’t be a suck up or pushover. You’ll be fine. Good luck!

Even though you're going through hell right now I am excited for you. Your break up is your initiation from boy to alpha if you choose to use the opportunity.

The pain is there to motivate you to do all the things you would have put off before because you were stuck in the comfort of your relationship. Sit with the pain and allow it to teach you the lessons and seek the answers you are looking for.

Don't worry about the confidence or self-esteem right now they will come in time. Be with the pain and heal your wounds as you start this new chapter of your life and the rest will come.

You feel stuck? You should feel free like a bird right now lol. Work on yourself and forget her. She’s the past now. It will take some time until you have lost her from your mind, but you will move on. I recommend deleting her contacts and absolutely not getting in touch with her, not even a little bit. The more you look at her and see her number or something like that, it will take longer to move on.

Just focus on yourself and you’ll find another gf. It’s not a miracle to happen, there’s billions out there
