You need to focus on what girls do rather than what they say. Stop wasting time trying to figure out what she means with her words. She's an emotional creature - what she may convey in one moment could change completely in the next, so don't use your logical brain or else you'll be lagging behind trying to figure out all this shit when really it's getting you nowhere; not with her specifically and especially not with any other girls.

As a rule of thumb, and you'll see this all over this subreddit, use texting as a way to set the date and logistics only. The reason we say this is that rapport is hardly built over texting, and emotional spiking is only truly effective in person. Plus, she can't exactly miss you if you're texting her all the time. Girls want to chase the guy. Give her a chance to do that.
