I suppose the best way would be to use Tinder and be open about it from the beggining. The chances of you being seen as a sexual ofender will be much less than if you do in real life.

But I never had casual sex before so I'd also like to learn.

Obviously there are places where the expectation for those kind of relationships are higher, so it's easier: night clubs, beach parties, concerts, etc.

However, if you just met a girl irl, it could be a bit confusing, as you'd need to be asking her on a date, with may indicate the desire in a serious relationship. But I've found that to not be true in every case.

I'd say just treat it as any other kind of relationship. The relationship could just develop from spending a lot of time together while working / volunteering / practicing sports, it could develop after some dates, etc. However, the relationship then goes in the direction you want it to go, and for that you need to communicate what you want.

I'd say just be honest and upfront about what you're looking for from the start. You can invite her for a date anyway, try to get to know her and see if she's a good fit for you. If you feel like you're both into each other, but you still don't want a serious relationship just say it. Say you're not looking for anything serious but you really like her and would like to see her again. If she wants the same, good. If not, maybe try your luck elsewhere.
