i've seen this mindset fuck over guys just because they get so adamant about it that they forget to be playful and it backfires. go with the flow. make her earn her drink or tell her to get the next round. ONLY SITHS DEAL IN ABSOLUTES

I usually laugh like she said something preposterous, like "Hahaha why would I do that? We're not even married!"

If she presses it, you can ask "do you deserve it?" and suddenly she has to qualify herself to you, to which you can say something like "good points but I'm not sold. Maybe if you got me a drink I'd feel more generous"

I don't necessarily think that buying a girl a drink is always bad, but I wouldn't suggest doing it to any girl who has asked for it. For me personally I never buy girls drinks, but that's because I promised myself never to do it, long before I even learned game, as some standard to how much I would sell myself out to get laid (I wasn't good with women at the time and even then I had this standard, so now when I am alot better I want to keep this rule from the past as a reminder of some sort).

Haha, reminds me of the time a girl spent three hours talking to me at the club before I bought her a drink. One second latter she vanished and was never seen again.
