Hey guys,

Please excuse my bad grammar, if you hate bad grammar please stop reading this.

So i’ve met this girl around 1 year ago at a party (Its he best friend of the girlfriend of my best mate). I flirted with her, she flirted back we had a great time and ended up in a hotel. After that night i wanted to get to know her better, so about a week without any texting i texted her to ask her out.

In which she rejected because she wasnt looking for anything at that moment. I accepted it and moved on.

This week i went to a festival and i saw her, she came up to me, hugged me and told me it was great to see me. We talked and flirted a bit and after that we split up and she told me to text her. Which i did but she lost her phone an hour after she told me.

The next day she texted me and we joked about what happened. But now i dont know what to do, should i ask her out again or just let this slide?

Ok, sometimes the simple things are the best. Since she reached out to you, she has some kind of interest in you already. You text her something like: "Hey <insert girls name> I will go to <insert fun activity that you will do anyways with or without her> on <insert day/time>, you could join me if you like."

This gives her the opportunity to come with you if she likes said activity, and it doesn't bear as much weight as a Date. I usually like to invite girls for shopping, since I really don't like shopping on my own and I always value a female opinion on picking clothes, also women love that. Basically two birds with one stone. After shopping I usually have something to eat, or a coffee, depending on my mood. It is a fun activity with the opportunity to just end it if it doesn't go well, no pressure, lots of opportunities for talking, joking and body contact if wanted, also a bonding experience since you will walk around a lot and this makes people feel like they have been through a lot already.

Whatever you pick, plan it in a way that you will do it even if she doesn't show up, so you will not be devastated or wasted your time. And like I said, you should not name it a date if you are not a hundred percent sure that she want's that, too much pressure.
