Lots of people talk about doing it on here if you just lurk in the comments. But I always feel weird/bad about interrupting someone's workout.

Even as a guy, I mean if the girl was attractive I'd be happy if she interrupted my workout, but if I didn't like her I'd just be annoyed.

Maybe if you can get an IOI and be sure it's wanted. Like some eye contact and a smile out of her. But I've yet to have that happen in the gym.

People go to the gym to workout not to get chicks. My advices is maube wait till her session is finished

I keep to myself unless I make hard eye contact with one. At that point, the next time I just casually say hey and that’s it. Might see her again in a couple days or so and usually can open up some convo next time. Not sure, just gotta read the situation and vibe. Some are open but I would wait for choosing signals first if that is your focus.
