These notes are very thorough, but you should still listen to the program. I find when I listen to it, different parts of it stand out in my memory; I don't get this effect when I read the notes. The first time I listened, the stuff on Day 1 really stood out to me. The second time (about 1 yr later, I'd been going out hard and had just had my first SNL), the stuff on state really stood out to me. The 3rd time I listened to it, the stuff on walking through the world with ease really stood out to me.

Tyler says early on that the program is written in a "secret code", that you'll only understand what you're meant to understand with your current progress in game, and that you'll keep getting new and different insights out of it for about 5 years.
