On another note, you could get rid of that anxiety once you realize that you may be either:

A) Overvaluing the girl and devaluing yourself (which is all in your head by the way). The realization of this is the first step to getting rid of this thought-process.

B) Your status isn't higher than the women you're seeing. If your SMV (sexual market value) or 'status' is lower than the girl you want, you'll likely get anxiety from approaching them. This is the same reason why you can approach unattractive women (because your SMV is much higher than theirs). This can all be fixed by being successful physically, mentally, socially and financially (this is all FACTUAL compared to the above, and is NOT in your head. This means others can see it too).

The easiest way to get rid of your anxiety is by imagining that these HB8s are unattractive, the same way you perceive actual unattractive women. That way, you won't be as anxious when meeting them. But this is just a shortcut. It's infinitely better to improve yourself and raise your SMV.
