wake up at 7am daily to do shit
eat healthily (this means no soda or fast food)
work out for an hour three times a week
sleep by midnight everyday
think only positive things about yourself
profit.

Make it a goal to get out and meet somebody new each week, there are a loooot more girls out there and falling into a state of jealousy over any one of them just isn't worth it.

You are interesting enough as is, I really don't think you need to change, just go out and open up to a lot more people and you will find someone who seems interesting

1) Become involved in theater. If done with the right people, this KILLS insecurity (considering writing a post on this), gives you outgoing friends, and builds confidence. Also, it's a huge high.

2) Learn to play 3 songs on at least one instrument, and preferably be able to sing them. Guitar is easy to learn, I've found, since you really only need three chords for a lot of songs. I'd suggest starting with Yellow Submarine - you can play it with G, D and A chords alone, I think, just strumming.

3) Start running. Be able to do a 5K (3.1 miles) in 25 minutes. This is a VERY reasonable goal, even for nonathletic highschoolers like myself. If you can already do this, try for sub-20.

4) Learn about something that interests you. Cooking, wine, physics... be able to hold your own in a conversation about it.

5) Talk to every single person in the service industries you can without appearing creepy, especially when you're with friends. Joke with them. If you go to get your haircut, come out of the barbershop/salon/whatever knowing something fascinating about the person behind the scissors.

I'm not going to be specific. Why? Because I'd rather give you goals that take work.

Find your passion.
Find a way to pursue your passion on a nearly daily basis.
Find something you enjoy.
Find time to really enjoy that activity.
Surround your self with people you love who give to you as much as they take from you.

Accomplish those and shit "falling through" with a girl will be a blip on the radar. Jealousy will be an emotion that you forget how to feel.

Meet someone new every week. Mark successful weeks on a calendar make a bigger mark if you meet lots of people.
Do 6 weeks of starting strength. Stop consuming out soda and white carbs.
Attend 4 classes of 6 new hobbies. Include couchsurfung, a form of dance, something where you have to speak to a group (like standup or certain book clubs), a new sport, a form of art/music, a language course.
Have a monthly/bi-weekly get together where you must include people who haven't met each other yet.

Lock down the non-verbals as they comprise the most meaningful aspects of interpersonal communications:

Eye contact
Body language
Vocal projection
Be expressive -- gestures, inflection, facial expressions

Gain abundance. Stop hitting on women and just make friends with them. When you go out at night, be seen with girl...friends instead of trawling the clubs with a team of guys who are all obviously looking to get laid.
