They want to get more angles to judge your looks. Make sure you get all good angles in each pic. Wear something different. Good background scenery. No selfies.

A good dating profile should have enough pictures that a woman can tell if she's attracted to you. One that clearly shows your face (an angled shot gets a better response than a dead-on staring at the camera shot), one that shows your body (if shirtless, it needs to be an activity picture, like you with friends at the beach, not some bathroom selfie. If you don't have any of those, be dressed well in clothes that fit and make it look like you work out), then maybe 1-2 activity shots that show you dressed up or doing something fitness or outdoorsy.

But for now, if a woman expresses interest but asks you why only one pic, you can respond, "Sounds like you're angling for a shirtless selfie!"
