Met an asian girl at a party talked the whole night, told me to text her tomorrow. Should i do it the next day or wait?

Text her tomorrow, and be like, "Hey -asian girl-, I had a lot of fun hanging out last night! Let's grab drinks/lunch/whatever -insert date and time here-?"

Just do whatever you feel. If anyone says not to text her tomorrow because she said so, they say it to make you not seem needy. If you want to text her, by all means. It won't be a deal breaker either way, its a pretty miniscule thing. Also, keep the texts to a minimum, text game is hard to pull off (due to misunderstanding and such.)
