Sounds like you did it drunk with someone you weren't totally into in a place that doesn't sound comfortable. Been there my friend. First, I don't think I've ever had great sex while hammered drunk. Although it makes it easier to find a partner, it mutes a lot of the greater sensations and pleasures. The kissing is sloppy, the touching is rougher, and your mind is fuzzy. And most importantly, there was probably no communication during intercourse.

That leads in to point 2. Practice makes perfect. I've never had great sex with someone the first time because it takes a while to learn the other person, including smaller, yet important, details. She'll know that ball cupping and biting turns you on. You'll know that she loves it when you slowly exhale into her ear then slide down and start kissing her neck, or massage her tits at the precise moment she needs it. Or whatever it is you both love. This is why communication is so important.

I also don't think I've ever had sex in a closet, but being comfortable plays a big role in pleasure. You don't go for a massage and stand up the whole time, right? No - because that would make it uncomfortable. You set the mood. You lay down, you have the music, and you have the oils. It all adds to the experience. Plus you probably can't change positions...maybe at all? Which plays back to communication. What do you like, what does she like?

The bottom line is that, yes, you had sex, but there are so many other intricacies that you'll pick up that make it more pleasurable for both of you. Also, next time do it SOBER with a girlfriend that you are comfortable communicating with. And then do it again. Practice makes perfect. By the tenth time you'll come back to this post and realize how natural it all fell into place.

First time with anyone can be a little disappointing, regardless of whether its your first time ever. I regard my first time as fun and enjoyable and memorable but a long way from making its way into my top ten sexual experiences.

I would still tell B that you appreciated the evening and see if there's any chance of repeat performances in more romantic/ comfortable surroundings than a closet.
