This is a copy-paste of a two-year old post I found whilst browsing, which I think should be seen by you guys too.

Reflection and analysis.

It's so crucial to figuring out your own PERSONAL game. Other people's FRs are about techniques and strategy's that worked for them. But you can only learn so much by putting yourself in someone else's shoes, you have to be comfortable in your own. You are your own seductionist with a unique style that you need to find for yourself.

Writing a field report will give your mind a much needed chance to remember a social interaction and break it down like it was a sports replay. Without it, these interactions can become very fleeting.

Journaling is an important practice in many different areas of teaching, and life. Students journal their classes; taking notes. Writers journal their life events for story inspiration. Lucid dreamers journal their dreams in order to recognize their dream patterns. People in therapy for depression write journals in order to get an objective look at their life.

Why? Because journaling will point out what the naked eye won't.

When you write a narrative story, you pause and focus on every detail. As you write, you remember ever little part of what happened. Often times, when you write a journal, you even remember things you wouldn't have otherwise.

So how does this help seduction?

You will recognize patterns that are a result of YOUR SPECIFIC BEHAVIOUR. You will look at your interactions with people in far more depth than you would otherwise, and you'll also be able to analyze what you did right and wrong. You will be able to take note of what things you should try next time, and why they might be effective based on your previous experiences.

So please, journal this stuff as much as you can. I promise you'll see vastly quicker improvement.
