I learned about game when I was 26. I am 35 now. Last girl I hooked up with was 22. The girl before that I hooked up with 25 year old. Last year I was 34 and I hooked up with 19 years old.

You’re 28, not 78. My husband was 40 when I met him and I was in my prime (26). Hit the gym, maintain what you can and work on the rest. The game isn’t about being your forever. Plus, girls like older guys.

Most of it is getting out there. I agree with most, working on yourself can do wonders to your confidence AND energy.

Just own it! Hit the gym and I know a lot of people are obsessed with this rhetoric that attraction makes or breaks everything but if you have the confidence you can pull a lot of girls.

Work on changing how you feel because...

due to my age and deterrotatig looks, I'll never get an opportunity to date a decent woman again and I now have to lower my standards to someone overweight or at the very best, vet plain looking and unattractive.

This sounds like a shitty way to feel. And you know what feelings are? They're personal, they're only yours. If you're feeling hungry, you go eat. You're feeling tired, you go sleep. If you're feeling sad, you go cry.

If you can't go sleep, you deal with it.

If you can't go eat, you deal with it.

If you're balding, deal with it. But if you feel you're unattractive, that's your feeling, own them and keep it to yourself. Don't try to tell others how to feel and try to keep an open mind that there's women who disagree with you.

Go to the gym, work out, get buff. Go get some nice clothes, you will be fine. The age doesn't matter; only the reality does.

I missed the part where 28 is old? People who are divorced and in their 40s can find dates, so you can too. Invest in your wardrobe. Get healthy by eating great food and working out. Work on your mind by reading good books and seeing great art. Develop some hobbies that will allow you to meet others and broaden your horizons. Plenty of bald dudes have healthy dating lives and are even considered sexy. It’s all in how you own it. If you make it your excuse, it will become the reason you are rejected.

And if you talk about your own “deteriorating looks,” why do you think you deserve someone who isn’t “deteriorating”? Don’t be so shallow. Someone who is overweight can lose her weight, but you can’t grow your hair back. Do the work on yourself.
