you shouldn't be consciously remembering stuff like that. just pick one new thing to practice each day.

Here's how I did it. One new thing per day/week (depending on how complex said thing is).

For example, take one day when you're out and about and just make eye contact with everyone you walk past. Don't be odd about it and go out of your way to make eye contact with people, but if someone's walking directly towards you, make eye contact.

Day 2. Eye contact down, now you need eye contact and a smile for every cute girl you walk past.

Take a week and every time you talk to someone, look at their body language and analyse it. Is their body turned towards you? Are they holding eye contact? Are they smiling? Playing with their hair?

Take another week for kino, conversational techniques, approaching, etc, etc.

Every time you get used to something new, you get a bit better.

Saving this thread, having a structured approach to improving all departments of communication in the context of seduction can make the journey a lot less daunting.
