Hey guys,
I'm south american living now in Europe and starting back to the dating scene after a divorce.

My 1st dates here in Europe were very boring in general, and I've talked to a few people here about the differences about what I was used in South America, and I would like to know how US is compared to both, because the best experience I had here was with an American (best in the sense that she was clearly on her signals and the seduction ran smoothly).

1st thing is that it seems that here it is common to not even kiss on the 1st date, in my home country I consider it a rejection.
I mean, that if in the 1st date the girl doesn't give any signs for going for a kiss for me it is a clear rejection and I won't bother to ask for a 2nd date. I talked to some female friends from my country and they all said that if the guy doesn't do any move on the 1st date they get turned off.

2nd is about the signs... I'm used to the signs be clear for one side or other, and here I never know, I've successful kissed girls and dated for a while, who were not even retributing simple kinos, and I've been rejected for girls who were even complimenting me and touching me a lot (some of those said they have bf).
Btw, here comes another weird thing, I've been approached a few times for girls with boyfriends... girls who initiated the conversation, who got physical, dance, etc... and then got rejected by them saying they have a boyfriend (in one case the boyfriend was even in the same bar Oo).

The only time I had n similar experience to what I would expect in a date was from this American girl.

Am I doing something wrong? The US girls are more similar to Europeans or to South Americans?
