So. Over the summer I worked on changing my style, my hair, learning how to look good and feel better about my appearance all around, I've walked down the street and been told by a friend every now and then that a girl passing by looked at me, my problem is I can never make or hold eye contact with strangers on the street, i don't know what it is, I just never look at people when passing them on the street. I've also noticed lately is that I want to learn to go to parties and have fun more I just am TERRIBLE with starting conversations and building rapport, any tips on these guys? :)
