Met a girl who just moved here from out of state with her boyfriend.. but I feel like I may have a chance with her. Need advice.

Speaking from personal experience, if she isn't dumping him without total assurance that you will be there to catch her.. there will be issues later on. It might go great for a few days but that euphoria always ends and even if it was the most toxic relationship on the planet, emotions will kick in again. She isn't helpless and it sounds like she's doing some serious mental gymnastics to justify being with him. That is extremely difficult if not impossible to pry someone away from, it isn't a mind set ground in logic.

IMO, don't let yourself become a rebound. Wait it out if you think it's worth it.
