I kinda get the feeling that you're texting her more than she's texting you, this is a huge turn off for girls in my experience, if you've said something and she hasnt responded yet just let it go, next time you see her casually bring it up

Yes put down the phone. Also distant and non-texting girls are often talking to other guys at the same time so caution flag her
