Ive been playing with class game in college for a little while now. I'm a 4th year engineering student, so most of my classes have been either all guys or so hard that relinquishing any attention from the material might make me fail. I've really gotten a chance to try out class game since high school.

As its my last quarter, I've been able to take GE classes that are easy, large, and more importantly have girls in them(duh). These three factors are pretty important. If its a hard class, you're going to have to work harder to make them pay attention to you instead of the class. Large classes are good because you can sit next to a new girl every time.

Usually Ill come in about 5 min early and sit right next to the first cute girl I see. As long as its not a completely empty row, sitting next to her usually wont make her creeped out. Plus shes sitting in class early bored and you're going to give someone to talk to. Why wouldn't she want that?

I always go indirect. If the midterms are coming up, ask about that. If they passed ask how she thought they went. I've #closed a few times from even asking to borrow a pencil. From here just banter as usual.

A couple moves that have worked for me:

  1. Always fight for the arm rest between you. Im a lefty so I joke about being a minority with no lefty desks or armrests. This is a great way to get physical and, as much as I hate this term, assert your dominance. Tell her something silly like you'll trade off every ten minutes.

  2. Talk to her during the lecture and then as soon as she replies, shush her. Then say something else and shush her again when she speaks. Its stupid but it gets a laugh.

  3. If things are going well before the class starts, Ill draw a tic tac toe board on my paper and slide it over to her during a lull in the class. NO ONE ever says no to a game of tic tac toe. Seriously, it always gets a giggle or a "Oh its on boy" response. And go first, in the middle. Win that shit.

  4. If things are going really well, and the class is super boring, go for hangman. I usually choose the word "coffee" or "number". Let them guess it, draw mittens and a top hat on the guy if you have to. When they finally do, Ill draw a question mark after it. Now you've asked them out in super cute clever way. Atta boy.

Overall, its a lot of fun and a great change from club/bar game. My hearing sucks so its to be able to hear in a quiet classroom. Some downsides are if it goes badly (and it eventually will), you are stuck sitting next to them for an hour. This is a great way to get used to that horrible feeling of anxiety. Embrace it. Also I miss out on a lot of lecture on the days I game. I'm a senior engineering major taking bullshit GE's so I don't care, but you might if you need to get a good grade.
