The FB route is a wimpy choice (so probably what I would do) so it’s better to be manly and direct. Quit processing and just do it. I’m sure she walks around so you can find her alone. Figure out her schedule and then give a concrete ‘date’. “Hey do you want to get drinks after work Thursday or Friday? “ she will say no if she is not interested.

I think the Facebook route is the way to go. Especially since timing is tricky! That's how male coworkers have asked me out and I appreciate it way more than them asking at my desk or in front of others in the break room.
