Don't Dm her straight away... Jeez. Give it a few days. See how she moves on the gram. You don't want to message her, then see her at work before she has replied. You'd be paranoid. Like a few pics and leave it there for now. IF you see her at work smile or better yet mention something obvious about her instagram like something about her users name. THEN dive in the DMs. If you don't see her in a week, comment on her story, that s an auto DM dive, Good luck

Go up to her in real life next time you see her and talk to her, you can say you saw her on instagram if you want. Maybe wait until a moment where she's not busy with her work, like when you are both taking a break in the kitchen or waiting for an elevator or something like that. Don't dm lol your odds will be much worse, by doing that you're literally stating that you don't have the confidence to talk to her in real life but you're comfortable hiding behind the internet.
