It seems you're new here and your making a common mistake, you're getting ahead of yourself. Imagine showing up to med school on day one and asking the professor, "so how do I repair a heart valve?" i would say that you need dating apps if thats the type of thing youre looking for. i know its not everyones thing(def not mine, i hate that shit) but if you want a friends with benefits deal then that is your best bet due to the fact that SOME girls would let you know what they want upfront before you even meet them.

a second option would be to get an escort, no strings attached just you and the bed

a 3rd option would be going to local clubs, partys, and get to know a person that would eventually become your girlfriend. theres no "magical place" filled with women that just want to fuck for no reason, the only thing that comes CLOSE is tinder.
