Nothing beats Las Vegas. The simple fact that virtually everyone not working on the strip is a visitor it is easy to get that one nighter.

Not a PUA, but Minneapolis is very solid. Lots of young, liberal, collegy girls. Lots of diversity. Tons of bars and music venues, but tons of other stuff to do as well. Easy to get around. There's winter...but all the more reason for people to stay inside and have sex. When it's nice out sexy girls in summer clothes and skirts everywhere.
