Hi everyone, I am in my first year of college. I have a lot of friends (also female friends) and around those people I am confident and I get to hear often that I am good looking and stuff. My studies are going well and I live a good life, only one thing keeps bugging me..

Whenever I am at the club, it seems like no random girls got eye for me, although my friends and female friends tell me I am a good dancer. I have got friends that do nothing and suddenly get attention from girls. This bugs me because it is weird that all the people I am close with give me these compliments and ask me why I do not pick up girls, but the random girls seemingly do not send IOI's to me. Also I have to say that I suddenly become a lot less confident when there is a oppurtunity to go up to a girl and i get a weird feeling because I am not sure if she is willing to accept me because I do not know how to play the seduction game at the moment. The same happends when I see a girl lurking during daytime, I do not know if she does it by accident (even if she does it 10 times in a row) or on purpose. This is just so double sided that I just do not know what to believe.. And that is why I ask y'all to give your view on the situation, if I do something wrong and other dudes with the same problem hopefully learn something from it.
