I can tell you from experience, I have been there many times! It sucks because I have missed out on some good possible relationships due to that type of anxiety.
Honestly, al I can tell you is stop thinking about it and go with the flow. Just treat women that you have a great interest in like any other woman you usually pick up. Build the friendship but also maintain the sexual attraction and interest. Remember to just be alpha, be patient and let it develop on it's own. The relationship will come in its own time; the journey is more fun than the end result.

Thanks man! I just become so outcome dependent with the important ones and girls I game I just don't give a shit what happens because I know I will get them in my bed later on.

I know the feeling exactly. I luckily have always had modest success with the ladies. Just last year I met the girl of my dreams and I got cold feet. I was unable to make the big move on her because I was afraid it would screw up my chances with her long term. The best advice I can give is just treat her like you would a really good friend (no homo). I just asked her to hang out and do stupid things around the city, it was just like hanging with my best friend. The only kicker is I made my sexual feelings very clear. I would go in for a kiss every now and then etc. Eventually things reached a point where it was clear how we both felt. We've been dating for over a year now.
