TLDR: Girl at gym, talked a lot for a few months, we go on long bike ride, see some cool sites she's never seen, take pictures all along.

Week later? Called for pictures, texted back, but no pictures, no mention of anything later, nothing.

Okay. So many of you thought it was my attitude. Well. There was a particular situation (very recent) that I would like to know how to view. Maybe my attitude is the problem.

Girl at gym - younger chick, going to college, tall black girl. Not the best taste music, but we talked for a few months about this, that, nothing in particular. Very much "friend" zone stuff, but she saw me quite a bit, saw me improve, etc.

We talked about how I like going on fairly long bike rides, so I bring up going sometime, and she likes the idea.

She's lived in the city for a long time, but hasnt really gone to see it (there's a lot of historical and cool stuff).

We go in the morning, bike all throughout town, see some cool sites as planned. I had fun.

At about noon she mentions that the last place we were planning on going (a really cool indoor playground place), we wont be able to go because she needs to leave at around 2pm. I didnt recall her mentioning this, but I roll with it.

We bike back, around 3pm (late, but what can you do, we're on bikes), she gets a ride, I hop on my bike back to my house.

She promised to upload some pictures, either to me directly or to FB. We also talked about other places worth going, and talked about going to the original indoor playground place.

A week later (today). Nada. Nothing. She's updated her FB status a few times, gone out with other friends (mutual acquaintances from the gym), but nothing.

I called her a couple of days ago, just to see what's up, left her a message saying basically "hey, hope to see the pictures soon. Just seeing what's up".

She texted me saying something like "Will do soon."

That's about it.

My reading: She was in the "friend" zone, we had fun together, but now she's not wanting it to become anything "more than" so she's backing off.

What other interpretations can you offer me?
