Girl is in a relationship? BIGGEST shit test ever. They will break in a couple of days and the final night is pretty much all fair game.

Don't get any girls alcohol, that is expensive on the boat, hard to sneak in, and they will suck the all the alcohol you have. They also have jails on the boat and they will trap you in there.

Guys will get reallly beta if there isn't a lot of girls. They will cock block you with the massive hoard of horny guys that stalk the boat at 3am, do whatever is possible to separate from that because they will be rude and try to gain any attention they can get.

For privacy, try to locate the front of the boat, usually it's windy af there but the first days no one will know how to get there, depending on popularity of boat and people. Try jacuzzis in the front of the boat, the back of the boat, spa sauna, or your room ;)

If you are under 18, they usually have clubs, meet the people there. They want to be there if they actually came, so meet a group and go on crazy journies.

Certain cruise lines, destinations, prices, and time will bring certain people. You will have to do what you gotta do, and if you don't find what you want, enjoy yourself and don't make girls the main objective of your vacation.

Make regret fuel your energy to approach new people, you'll never most likely see them again.

As someone who used to work on a cruise ship, don't bother trying to get with any of the staff members. They can be instantly fired for any inappropriate guest conduct. The guests, however, are fair game.

The main job of the cruise staff is to keep you happy and occupied. There should be lots of activities designed to help the guests mingle with each other. Try and attend as many of the activities on ship as possible that fit your age group.

Once you've picked a target, try bringing them up to the pool deck in the late evening. You should have no trouble finding a dark, secluded and romantic spot to get your mojo workin.

I went on a family cruise line around age 20 and I seem to recall that it actually sucked for game.

Jail bait, 16-18 olds running around that where receptive to my attention but I didn't touch them.

Couples, boring!

The few good interactions I had that I think could have gone somewhere were with female professional dancers that performed in the cruise ship's show.

One thing that worked great though... Cruiseships make sick money from selling booze so they don't let you bring your own booze on board or sell under 21 yr old passengers booze. So buy booze, put it in water bottles, carry it aboard and then invite other passengers to drink with you in your room or whatever. This seemed to impress the 18-20 yr olds...

I think your best bet is to go one a Groove Cruise style cruise. Which could be a goldmine because of the vegasesque logistics of everyone's bedrooms just being a few decks away. A standard Carnival or Royal Caribbean style cruise is far from a pussycation...

For whatever reason it seems like cruises are real cock farms. Purely anecdotal, but this is what I've heard from friends/family and read from some PUA forums online.

So with a bunch of thirsty guys around you may have more competition so stand out more. Game will give you an edge anywhere though. The girls being fairly boozed up won't hurt either.
